Studiocart Email Settings Version 2.4

This version of the Email Settings is only available in Studiocart 2.4 which is currently in Beta. If you are not a Beta Tester and would like to join the program, head to Studiocart > Account in your WordPress dashboard, then select the checkbox next to “Join Beta Program”.


Email Settings

The email settings will apply to all email types available in the Emails tab.

“From” Name – Enter the name you want to show as the sender
“From” Email – Enter the email you want to show as the sender
Footer Text – Enter custom text to display on the footer of the emails
Test Email – Use this field to preview each email or send a test to admin

Purchase Confirmation Email

You can set up a purchase confirmation email that automatically sends an order summary or receipt to the customer after purchase.

Enable – Turn on the purchase confirmation email
Subject – Enter a custom subject line for the email
Headline – Enter a custom headline that will show above the order summary
Body Text – Enter custom text that will show below the header above the order summary

Insert Personalization Tag – Use the dropdown to add personalization fields to the body of the email

New User Welcome Email

You have the option to set up a welcome email for new users and login information for accessing areas on your site.

Note: you will need to have User Registration Fields and a Create User integration set up.

Enable – Turn on the new user welcome email
Subject – Enter a custom subject line for the email
Send To Admin – Turn on to send a copy to admin email
Body – Enter a custom text for the body of the email

Insert Personalization Tag – Use the dropdown to add personalization fields to the body of the email

To send user registration information, add the following personalization fields to the body of the email
{username}
{password}

Subscription Renewal Confirmation

You have the option to set up a subscription payment confirmation email that automatically sends an order summary or receipt to your subscribers after payment.

Enable/Disable – Turn on/off the subscription renewal payment confirmation email
Subject – Enter a custom subject line for the email
Send To Admin – 
Turn on to send a copy to admin email
Body – 
Enter a custom text for the body of the email

Failed Renewal Payment

You can set up an email to automatically notify your customers if their subscription payment failed to process.

Enable/Disable – Turn on/off the failed renewal subscription payment confirmation email
Subject – Enter a custom subject line for the email
Send To Admin – 
Turn on to send a copy to admin email
Body – 
Enter a custom text for the body of the email.

Subscription Cancelled Confirmation

You can set up an email to automatically confirm and notify your customer’s subscription has been cancelled.

Enable/Disable – Turn on/off the subscription cancelled confirmation email
Subject – Enter a custom subject line for the email
Send To Admin – 
Turn on to send a copy to admin email
Body – 
Enter a custom text for the body of the email
