How To Import A Template With Qubely For Gutenberg

This is guide will show you how to import the Qubely Templates into your WordPress site.

Important: You must install the free version of the Qubely Blocks Gutenberg plugin to use these templates. Click here to visit the Qubely Blocks website.

After you have downloaded the JSON file from the Template Library and installed the Qubely Blocks Gutenberg plugin. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard. In the Dashboard Menu select, Pages and Add New.

In the top menu bar select the + Add Block Icon and navigate to the Reusable Blocks window.

At the bottom of the Reusable Blocks window select, Manage Reusable Blocks. Note: a warning message will pop up that your page will not be saved, select Leave. It is not necessary to save the page.

In the Manage Reusable Blocks window, select Import from JSON at the top of the page. Find the JSON file you downloaded from the Template Library in your computer files and select Import.

The newly imported JSON file will not show up in the list straight away. Instead, a message stating the reusable block has been successfully imported will appear at the top of the window. Just like the one shown in the image below.

Now that you have successfully imported the JSON file, once again find Pages in the WordPress Dashboard Menu and select, Add New. Then select the Qubely import button > Q Import Layout. Navigate to the Saved window and import the template into your page. From here you can use the Gutenberg Block Editor as usual to make changes and to input your pre-made Studiocart Checkout Form. Don’t forget to select Save Draft before navigating away from the page.
