Step 1: In the Studiocart plugin menu, select the Contact US item:

Step 2: On the Contact Us page, you will find various option to categorize your support request and an initially-hidden section where you can describe your issue. Choose a support category from the list and describe your issue by completing the site, summary and reason fields:

Step 3: Click the Submit button at the bottom of this page, to send your support request:

Step 4: You will receive a confirmation message after your request has been successfully sent:
